Shipping Policy

At HairQueen we do our best to dispatch all orders made before 1 pm on the same day, and offer free express shipping Australia wide on orders over $150.

HairQueen are not liable for shipping delays once your items have been shipped. It is then out of our control, and in the hands of the courier company. You can use the tracking number provided to track your item.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the correct delivery address is entered at checkout. Any lost packages after successful delivery must be investigated by the customer with the carrier.

We use Australia Post as our courier. The delivery times are as follows:

                           NT - 3 to 4 business days

                           WA - 3 to 5 business days
